Bumblebee Market is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a gift card or refund according to our policy outlined below.

  1. All sale and clearance items are final sale.
  2. You may return regular priced merchandise in new condition with original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  3. Bumblebee Market will not refund the original cost of shipping to you or the cost of shipping to have the item returned to us.
  4. Halia charms and bracelets have a limited one-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturer's defects. This does not cover normal wear and use or damage caused by wearer.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service department at sales@thebumblebeemarket.com at any time to begin the return or exchange process.

  3. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Bumblebee Market is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, Bumblebee Market will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
